Terms and Conditions for Luminous Wellbeing Ireland

Thank you for choosing Luminous Wellbeing Ireland. We truly appreciate your support and will do our absolute best to provide you with the best service.

To ensure we provide our valuable clients with the best service, it is important that you understand and agree to our Terms and Conditions.

1. Health Concerns

We recommend that prior to your treatment you advise us of any health conditions that you may have or any medication that you may be taking. Please advise us if you are pregnant as you may be unable to avail of some of our treatments. 2. Punctuality and Courtesy

a) If you are up to 15 minutes late, treatment will only last as long as the end of appointment was scheduled so that the next client will not be delayed, and a full charge will be applied.

b) In the event of more than 15 mins late, treatment will be cancelled.

c) In the event of multiple last minute cancellations, or a no-show, the treatments in Luminous Wellbeing Ireland Salon will not be able to be booked without a 50% deposit paid up to 72 hours prior to the treatment. In the event of a last minute cancellation (less than 24 hours prior to the treatment) or a no-show, the deposit will not be refundable. The deposit is paid via online bank transfer link.

All times stated include preparation of room and client: i.e. 5 minutes at the beginning and end of treatment.
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to treatment if it is your first appointment at the salon. We require this time for a consultation and time to get ready for the treatment.

3. Cancellation Policy

We require 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In the event of multiple last minute cancellations, or a no-show, the rules from part 2. apply.

4. Gift Cards

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. All vouchers are valid for 12 months on treatments only from date of purchase. We do not accept vouchers after their expiry date. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.

Gift card or voucher recipients must submit the client intake form, and get familiar with contraindications.

5. Prices and discounts

All prices are inclusive of vat and are subject to an annual price increase.

All active discounts and promotions are applicable only for individual treatments. The discounts can be combined. The discounts are not applicable for package prices or special promotional packages.

The discount for packages is set to 15% discount on a packet of 10 anti-cellulite maderotherapy treatments, and 10% discount on a packet of 5 anti-cellulite maderotherapy treatments. None of the other discounts apply to package prices.

The intial treatment promotional price is applicable for our body treatments only. It is not applicable for our facial treatment or a facial lymphatic drainage education. The initial treatment reduction in price is not applicable to our promotional package offers. The initial treatment discount is applicable only once, for the first visit.

Our Refer/Send a Friend discount applies only once per referral.  The discount in applicable again to each new referral.

Our Share/Mention us on social media discounts applies only once per share/mention. The discount is applicable again to each new share/mention.

6. Personal Items

Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before beginning of treatment the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

7. Preparing for treatment

a) Out of courtesy for other clients in the salon we request that visitors keep noise levels to a minimum and mobile phone switched off.
b) Prior to your Maderotherapy treatment, please read our Before and After treatment Procedure.
c) Please complete our Client Intake Form at lease 24 hours prior to your appointment.
d) Feel free to ask your therapist any questions before, during, or after the session. Your therapist is a highly trained professional and will be happy to make you feel informed and comfortable.
