Terms and Conditions for Luminous Wellbeing Ireland

Thank you for choosing Luminous Wellbeing Ireland. We truly appreciate your support and will do our absolute best to provide you with the best service.

To ensure we provide our valuable clients with the best service, it is important that you understand and agree to our Terms and Conditions.

1. Health Concerns

We recommend that, prior to your treatment, you advise us of any health conditions that you may have or any medication that you may be taking. Please advise us if you are pregnant, as you may be unable to avail of some of our treatments. The list of contraindications is available in the link: Contraindications. The client intake form must be submitted up to 48 hours before an appointment. The client intake form is available at the link: The Client Intake Form. In case a condition from the Contraindication list is present, and the Client does not inform the Therapist, the treatment may be cancelled.

2. Cancellation Policy

We require 48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. In the event of multiple last-minute cancellations or a no-show, the rules from below apply.

a) If you are up to 15 minutes late, treatment will only last as long as the end of the appointment was scheduled, so that the next client will not be delayed, and a full charge will be applied.

b) In the event of being more than 15 minutes late, treatment will be cancelled, and the full charge will be applied.

c) In the event of multiple last-minute cancellations or a no-show, the treatments in Luminous Wellbeing Ireland Salon will not be able to be booked again without a 100% cost of the treatment paid up to 72 hours prior to the treatment. In case the payment is not received 72 hours prior to the appointment, the appointment will be cancelled.

d) In the event of a last-minute cancellation or reschedule (less than 48 hours prior to the treatment), the deposit is not refundable. 

e) In the event of a no-show, the full charge of the treatment price will be applied.

All times stated include preparation of the room and the client: i.e., 5 minutes at the beginning and end of treatment.
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to treatment if it is your first appointment at the salon. We require this time for a consultation and time to get ready for the treatment.

3. Gift Cards

Lost or stolen gift cards cannot be replaced. All vouchers are valid for 12 months on treatments only from the date of purchase. We do not accept vouchers after their expiry date. Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.

Gift card or voucher recipients must submit the Client Intake Form and get familiar with contraindications.

4. Prices and discounts

All prices are inclusive of VAT and are subject to an annual price increase.

All active discounts and promotions are applicable only for individual treatments. The discounts can be combined.

Our Refer/Send a Friend discount applies only once per referral.  The discount is applicable again to each new referral. The referring Client has to be a Client who has already visited our Salon.

Our Share/Mention us on social media discounts apply only once per share/mention. The discount is applicable again to each new share/mention.

Our Upper Body & Facial promotional package is available as a limited-time offer only in January and February 2026.

The 10% discount on all our treatments is valid only for bookings made for the week of 2nd – 8th February. The discount will be applied to a final price at your appointment.

5. Personal Items

Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before the beginning of treatment on the premises, as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.

6. Preparing for treatment

a) We request that visitors keep noise levels to a minimum and their mobile phones on silent.
b) Prior to your Wood Therapy treatment, please read our Before and After Treatment Procedure.
c) Please complete our Client Intake Form at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
d) Feel free to ask your therapist any questions before, during, or after the session. Your therapist is a highly trained professional and will be happy to make you feel informed and comfortable.

7. Minors policy

Please note we cannot accept minors in our Salon, as the clients, or accompanied with a client. All clients have to be 18 years old or older. 

8. Accompanies

We cannot accept accompanies to our clients in our Salon. We kindly ask the accompaniment to wait in the waiting room outside the Salon. We cannot accept minors in our Salon. Please view: 7. Minors policy.
